EICPL has implemented documented management systems, meeting the requirements of ISO / IEC 17021-1, ISO 22003 and ISO 27006 for providing independent management system certification services.

EICPL major thrust is to provide accredited certification in several countries, EICPL provides accredited certificates from EGAC and ASCB, EGAC accredited certificates in India, ASCB accredited certificates globally, through a global network of offices and regional partnership agreements utilizing local resources. Impartiality Policy:
EICPL provides Integrated; Independent and Impartial certification services to clients in all geographical location irrespective of the size, type and economic sector of the organization without conflict of interest of any kind whatsoever.
Impartiality of management system certification services is monitored by Certification Advisory Committee, independent of EICPL management.
Management of Impartiality
- Providing conformity assessment services without consideration for commercial, financial or decisions are not influenced by other interests or by other parties.
- Maintaining a documented policy for managing impartiality
- Identify, analyze and evaluate the risks related to conflict of interests arising from provision of certification services
- Not certifying wholly owned subsidiary within the group.
- Ensuring that residual risk is as low as reasonably acceptable.
- Providing opportunity to Certification Advisory Committee members to advice on matters affecting impartiality including openness and public perception.
- Not certifying another certification body for its quality management system.
- Not providing consultancy services, either directly or through subsidiaries
- Not providing internal audit services to certified by client
- Not marketing services linked with a consultancy organization
- Not assigning an auditor who has provided consultancy services to the client
- Initiate action to respond to any threats to its impartiality arising from the actions of other persons, bodies or organizations.
- Not using any personnel, internal or external, for certification activities with a threat to impartiality unless they can demonstrate that there is no conflict of interest.

Health Safety
EICPL is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment in all offices and in each of our activities.
Drug and alcohol Policy
EICPL is committed to provide, reasonably practicable safe and healthy working environment.
All employees, regardless of status, are expected to adhere to, and comply with legal requirements and policies and rules regarding the consumption of alcohol and/or drugs whilst on duty, or reporting for, duty or whilst on company or client premises.
No drug and alcohol shall be consumed by EICPL personnel while on duty. Those persons reporting for duty and believed to be under the influence of drug and/or alcohol shall be liable for immediate dismissal from services.
Smoking Policy
EICPL discourages all employees from smoking, use of tobacco and communicates on ill effects of smoking.
Communication Policy
EICPL performance is based on effective communication within the organization between functions and person to person. External communication with accreditation bodies, certification advisory committee members, clients and other interested parties are done without any delay.

Language Policy
- All communications, both verbal and written, shall be done in English. However; training may be planned in a language which is understood by majority of employees.
- Policy, Objectives and Work instructions may be exhibited in a language other than English considering the requirements to improve understanding among employees and implementation.
Explosive Policy
Firearms, weapons or other devices, whether loaded or unloaded, are prohibited while on company business. Personnel shall not carry, transport or display firearm, weapon or other illegal and prohibited devices.
Driving Ethics

- Protect User IDs, passwords and ensure their proper use.
- Ensure compliance to use of anti-virus tools, firewalls and any EICPL applications.
- Ensure compliance to clear desk and clear screen policy when workstations left unattended.
- Protect confidential information while using at public places
- Use only properly licensed copies of computer software
- Not using EICPL electronic resources for outside commercial ventures or personal financial gain.
- Not to use EICPL email system to send personal photos or other large non-business files, which can have negative impact on company’s network operations
- Zero tolerance towards incidents regarding harassment and inappropriate behaviour
- Deliver management system certification services with professionalism and plan for error free service.
- Not using alcohol or other prohibited substances at the office and workplace
- Maintain a business like image by having a professional appearance.
